Marchex to Report First Quarter 2004 Results on May 13

Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCHX), a provider of technology-based services to merchants engaged in online transactions, today announced that it will release its first quarter 2004 financial results on Thursday, May 13, 2004, at approximately 4:15 p.m. EDT. At that time, Marchex will also post the press release on the Investor Relations section of its corporate Web site (http://www.marchex.com/company/investor-relations).
Following the release, management will hold a conference call, starting at 5:00 p.m. EDT on May 13, to discuss the quarterly results and outlook for the company. A live Webcast will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Marchex Web site, where an archived version of the Webcast will be also available, beginning two hours after completion of the call.
